We ensure a seamless integration of resources by maintaining control over the entire supply chain. This guarantees the continuous availability of high-quality raw materials, which is essential for consistent compost production.
Our composting unit, one of the largest in the country, produces 200 tonnes of compost daily. This compost is created through a 4-step process that involves mixing, turning, and two levels of pasteurization to ensure quality.
We import first-generation seeds or spawns from the Netherlands. These spawns are combined with our compost in our in-house labs to form a compost bed ready for mushroom cultivation.
Once the compost bed is prepared, it is covered with imported casing soil to support mushroom growth. This process takes place in 50 environment-controlled rooms, providing ideal conditions for year-round cultivation, regardless of the season. Our high-quality casing soil ensures that the mushrooms remain consistently clean and white.
At JDRS Agro, we grow spotless, delicious mushrooms in three distinct varieties.
Our harvesting process is efficient and hygienic. Mushrooms of the same size are packed together, with their freshness preserved. Orders are packed and dispatched within two hours of harvest to ensure optimal quality.
We utilize state-of-the-art cooling chambers to store and maintain the freshness of our mushrooms. A separate assembly line ensures the highest standards of hygiene. Additionally, we offer canning services, where mushrooms are processed and packed as canned goods.
